Pravven is operated by Prince Ventures LLC, the legal entity responsible for this website, its content, and these Terms. Pravven is a brand of Prince Ventures LLC, not a separate company. In these Terms, “Pravven,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Prince Ventures LLC operating Pravven.
By accessing or using the website, you agree to comply with these Terms to the extent they are enforceable under applicable law. If you disagree, please do not use the site.
2. Educational and informational purposes
Content on Pravven is provided for general education and informational decision support. It is not legal, medical, tax, or individualized insurance advice, and it is not an offer to arrange or sell insurance. It does not create an insurance-adviser, broker-client, medical-provider, or attorney-client relationship.
Benefits information may be incomplete, out of date, dependent on context, or different from the actual terms of a specific plan. Before enrolling or relying on coverage, verify material information using official plan documents and with your employer, insurer, benefits administrator, provider, or another appropriate professional.
3. Benefits Clarity Engine status and demonstrations
The Pravven Benefits Clarity Engine is in development and is not publicly available for document uploads. Example reports, ratings, comparisons, calculations, and suggested plans to review are demonstrations of an approach that is still being developed. They are not verified outcomes for your personal situation.
Some demonstrations use deliberately constructed or fictional plan details. Others use publicly available or anonymized source materials, as described on the page where they appear. Do not use the examples as a basis for real insurance enrollment decisions.
4. Confidence ratings and outputs
Confidence ratings describe how well a statement is supported by the information available to the tool or in the example. They do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, benefits eligibility, claim payment, provider participation, or suitability for your circumstances.
Where the tool suggests a plan to review first, treat it as an educational starting point for further verification, not as an instruction to purchase or enroll in that plan.
5. User conduct and submissions
Do not use this website unlawfully or attempt to interfere with its operation. Do not send medical records, claims information, prescription details, Social Security numbers, or identifying benefits documents through the contact or early-access email links. We are not asking for sensitive documents through the current website.
If you contact us, you confirm that you have the right to share the information you provide. Please keep messages to what is reasonably necessary for your inquiry.

The Pravven name, site design, original text, and original reports are owned by Prince Ventures LLC or used with permission, subject to applicable rights.
