Refund and Delivery Policy

Pravven is operated by Prince Ventures LLC. This policy applies to purchases of the Pravven HR Communications Toolkit, a one-time digital download. Contact pravvenhq@gmail.com for delivery or purchase support.

1. Digital delivery

After successful payment, our checkout provider, Payhip, provides access to the digital product download page and sends a purchase receipt containing a download link to the email address provided at checkout. No physical item will be shipped. Download the ZIP and extract the files on your device. Office documents may require compatible software. AI Campaign Companion drafts depend on your selected third-party AI assistant; they are not an automated document-generation service.

If you do not receive your receipt, check spam and promotions folders, confirm your checkout email, and contact us with your purchase date and order or receipt reference. Do not send payment-card numbers or sensitive employee information. We will reasonably assist with a new delivery link or replacement file if your purchased files are inaccessible or defective.

2. Refunds

Because this is an immediately accessible digital product, a change of mind after successful delivery and download generally does not qualify for a discretionary refund. However, contact us within 14 days of purchase if your order was duplicated, you were incorrectly charged, the delivered product was materially different from the product description, or the files are corrupted or cannot reasonably be accessed.

We will review the request, offer a working replacement or appropriate troubleshooting where practical, and issue a refund where required by applicable law or where the delivery problem or material mismatch cannot be reasonably corrected. We may consider other refund requests on a case-by-case basis. A refund is returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment provider; bank posting times vary.

3. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes or restricts refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If applicable law grants additional cancellation rights, those rights prevail. Purchasers in the EU/EEA/UK may have additional rights and special rules regarding consent to immediate supply of digital content. These must be implemented at checkout before selling into those jurisdictions; this policy alone does not establish a lawful waiver.

4. License and support

Your purchase grants the usage rights in the Toolkit License included with the download and linked or presented before purchase. The buyer's organization remains responsible for verifying and approving all employer-specific communications before publication.
