Privacy Notice
How we collect, use and share personal information when you visit pravven.com, subscribe to The Pravven Brief, contact us, or ask about early access.
1. About this Notice
Pravven is a benefits education and insurance-information business. This Notice explains how Pravven collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit pravven.com, contact us, request early access, or subscribe to The Pravven Brief.
Pravven is operated by Prince Ventures LLC, the legal entity responsible for this website and the services described in this Notice. Pravven is a brand of Prince Ventures LLC, not a separate company. In this Notice, “Pravven,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Prince Ventures LLC operating Pravven.
The Pravven Benefits Clarity Engine is in development. The public website does not offer a benefits-document upload feature, and we are not inviting visitors to submit benefits documents, medical records, prescription information, or other sensitive personal information through the website or by email.
This Notice covers the public website, the Brief, and email inquiries. It does not describe document uploads or personalized benefits analysis, because Pravven does not offer them today. We will publish a revised notice before that changes.
2. Information we collect
Information you choose to give us
- Brief subscriptions. Your email address and your role, plus your first name, the topics you want to follow, and what you are responsible for, if you choose to add them in the subscription form.
- Contact and early-access inquiries. Whatever you include in your email to us, such as your name, email address, professional role, and the content of your message.
Technical information
When you visit the website or use the subscription form, our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, and timestamps in order to deliver, secure, and maintain those services. The exact data depends on the provider and its configuration. The website itself does not use advertising cookies, analytics tools, or tracking pixels.
Please don't send us sensitive information
Do not email us benefits documents containing identifying information, health records, claims records, prescription details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information. If you send sensitive information without being asked, contact us to request deletion. Deletion may be subject to technical backup and legal retention limits.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- deliver the Brief when you ask for it, and order each issue around the role and topics you chose;
- respond to your inquiries;
- contact you about early access, if you asked us to;
- understand audience interests and improve our informational content;
- maintain the security and performance of the website; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
Subscriptions and early-access requests are kept separate. Signing up for the Brief does not enroll you in a pilot, and asking about early access does not subscribe you to the Brief.
4. Service providers and disclosure
We use third-party service providers to run the website, the newsletter, and our email. These providers process information for their respective services under their own terms and privacy notices:
- Vercel hosts the website.
- Mailchimp handles Brief subscriptions. When you submit the subscription form, your information goes directly to Mailchimp.
- Google provides our email (Gmail) and the Google Workspace tools, such as Sheets and Drive, we use to keep an internal list of people who have asked about early access.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights and security.
We do not sell subscribers' personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
5. Email choices
The Brief is in its early distribution stage. Every Brief email we send to subscribers will include a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask to be removed at any time by emailing pravvenhq@gmail.com. You can ask us to stop contacting you about early access the same way.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep newsletter information while you remain subscribed, and for any limited additional period needed to honor unsubscribe preferences, resolve disputes, protect security, or meet legal obligations. We keep inquiry and early-access communications only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, subject to legal requirements and technical limitations.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, email pravvenhq@gmail.com.
7. Security
We rely on established third-party providers and take reasonable measures intended to protect the information handled through the public site. No website, email, or online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Third-party links
The website links to third-party news articles, service providers, and other resources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this one.
9. Children
Pravven's public site is intended for adults and professional audiences, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this Notice as our services change. The effective date at the top of this page shows when this version took effect. Questions or requests can be sent to pravvenhq@gmail.com.
